Financial Supports

Do you need support covering job search and job start expenses while accessing services through WorkBC Vancouver Midtown?

We have the capacity to help with covering some basic expenses such as:

• Transportation supports;
• Dependent care supports;
• Essential work clothing, supplies, tools and equipment;
• Personal grooming and hygiene supports;
• Licensing supports;
• Employment Related Disability Supports; and
• Short Term Certificate Training

All case managed clients will be assessed through a financial needs assessment in order to determine eligibility and to be considered for financial supports. It is expected that clients will contribute financially wherever possible. Non-case managed clients may be eligible for some basic job search and job start financial supports as well.
